Exploratory study on the safety culture and magnitude of the adverse effects in the field of health and social services.

Objectives

• Know the features of the safety culture at the centers providing health and social services in Spain.
• Explore in retrospect, based on surveys of professionals from this field, the most common adverse effect related to the care provided by the health and social services.
• Determine the most important risks related to health care.
• Prioritize the measures aimed a achieving safer care provided by the health and social services.
